You want to come into your appointment with AT LEAST 4 weeks of growth (about the size of a piece of long grain rice).
Please no trimming. The more hair the better, we will trim your hair if needed. Sometimes clients can over trim and this can cause a more painful, patchy wax result.
Most oral acne medications are a contraindication for waxing. If you are taking/on Accutane, Clindamyacin, Tetracycline, Amoxilcillin. If you are unsure if your oral acne medication is safe to take with a wax please feel free to reach out!
Always wait at least 24 hours post wax to allow your skin to settle. Working out after a wax can introduce sweat & bacteria to the skin which can cause unnecessary reaction/irritation. For heated yoga/pilates we recommend to wait at least 48 hours post wax.
Enjoy your day! Plan at least 48 hours ahead. We recommend NO intimate activity for 24 hours after your wax. After that, go on about your life as usual.
